A Message from GridMarket’s CEO

As our economy experiences a shift towards increasingly remote/digital work where possible, we are again reminded of the essential role that energy plays in our lives. While identifying ways to stay connected personally and professionally in a physically distant environment, we cannot forget that without energy, this pivot would not be possible.

To that end, we must first extend our deepest gratitude to all those essential businesses and employees working diligently at this time to meet critical needs and keep our society functioning. For those of us lucky enough to transition to remote work – thank you to the utility companies, energy providers, and other relevant industry organizations for keeping our homes powered and productive.

As we all deal with the immediate challenges presented by the COVID-19 crisis, our need to continue the transition to a clean, resilient energy infrastructure remains pressing.  In addition, those very organizations whose operations have been disrupted still have financial goals and sustainability targets which remain in effect. Fortunately, given both the variety of financing options available and current incentives, the deployment of distributed energy resources can drive immediate savings regardless of capital restraints. Perhaps more than ever, distributed energy solutions are poised to bring tremendous value to companies, the economy and our environment.

GridMarket remains fully operational and we are dedicated to making advanced, clean energy solutions easily and quickly accessible.  Our suite of digital tools enables the development and optimization of DER projects while staying safe, healthy, and distanced at your desk or on your couch.
