Maximizing the Financial and Environmental Benefits of Distributed Energy Resources
GridMarket was pleased to partner with the New Jersey Higher Education Partnership for Sustainability for a "lunch and learn" in December 2020. The webinar summarized current opportunities for higher education campuses in New Jersey to benefit from the deployment of distributed energy resources (solar PV, battery storage, fuel cells, CHP, wind power, etc.). It also provided a framework for identifying campus-specific opportunities, simplifying and expediting project development, and ensuring projects generate maximum financial, environmental, and resiliency benefits.
The goal of the session was to provide attendees with a clear picture of how various distributed energy resource technologies can be integrated to benefit their institution’s bottom line and carbon footprint. Additionally, GridMarket outlined easy steps for identifying and deploying unique DER project opportunities.
A recording of the webinar is available above.
Even if your campus is not located in New Jersey, the webinar contains relevant information and guidance. For more on GridMarket’s services for universities and campuses, click here. We are excited to help you reach your energy and sustainability goals!
